Job Title: Loan Advisor / Life Insurance Agent

Salary: ₹15,000–₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential customers.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan and life insurance products.
Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly.
Assist customers with documentation and application processing.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of banking, loans, or insurance is an advantage.
Sales experience is preferred but freshers may also apply.
