We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation & advantages, and driving HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and hiring standards.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, organizational culture, and business performance.
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy workplace environment.
Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws,



statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
Design, organize, and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Partner with department heads to identify workforce requirements and support manpower planning.
Manage compensation and advantages programs to ensure fair, competitive, and compliant remuneration practices.
Monitor HR metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and recommend improvements.
Foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work culture that supports employee well-being and organizational success.
