Role & responsibilities
Project Management:
Oversee all MEP-related aspects of construction projects from design through to completion.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate MEP systems with overall project plans.
Develop and manage MEP project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Design and Planning:
Review and approve MEP system designs and specifications.
Ensure designs comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with design teams to resolve design issues and optimize system performance.
Installation and Coordination:
Supervise the installation and commissioning of MEP systems.
Coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams to ensure timely and effective installation.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the installation process.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure MEP systems meet quality and safety standards.
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.




Address and resolve any non-compliance issues or discrepancies.
Maintenance and Support:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of MEP systems as required.
Provide technical support and guidance to facility management teams.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for MEP systems.
Maintain accurate records of MEP system installations, inspections, and maintenance.
Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management.
Document and track project changes and updates.
Manage and mentor MEP team members and subcontractors.
Facilitate training and development opportunities for the team.
Foster a team-oriented and productive work workplace.
