We are looking for a motivated Design Engineer with expertise in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and STAAD Pro to design solar mounting structures, develop optimized profiles, and coordinate with the sales and production teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign solar mounting structures using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and STAAD Pro.
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and manufacturing drawings.
Perform structural analysis and load calculations using STAAD Pro.
Develop and optimize structural profiles based on customer and project requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and provide suitable design solutions and drawings.
Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and material estimates.




Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable.
Modify designs based on customer feedback, site conditions, or project changes.
Maintain a daily work report and update the status of all assigned design projects.
Record daily tasks, completed drawings, pending work, revisions, and project progress.
Ensure timely completion of design deliverables while meeting quality standards.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, calculations, and project records.
