Position: Airtel Broadband / Installation Engineer

Type: Full-time, Field-based

Target: Absolutely no targets

Training: 10 days of structured training provided

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Installation: Deploy fiber cables, terminate lines, and install Wi-Fi routers/ONT devices at customer premises.

Configuration: Set up high-speed internet connections and ensure optimal Wi-Fi signal strength.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose network faults, replace faulty wiring, and resolve connectivity issues in office.

Customer Service: Demonstrate internet speed tests and educate users on managing their Airtel account.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Education: Must hold a full Graduation Degree or a 3-Year Technical Diploma.

Assets: A personal two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving license are strictly mandatory.
