Job Title: Business Associate (Back Office Operations)
Job Role:
Handle back-office operations by resolving customer complaints through email.
Ensure timely and accurate closure of customer queries.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline or a 3-year Diploma after 12th.
Salary:
₹15,500 – ₹16,500 per month (based on interview performance and experience)
Additional allowances and performance incentives
Training Details:
Training Duration: 21–25 days (3 weeks)
Training Stipend: ₹381 per working day
Shift Details:
9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
Rotational shifts with rotational weekly off
Shift Timings:
Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Male Candidates: Rotational day and night shifts with applicable night shift allowance
