Additional Requirements
Must have experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Industry.
Experience on JSW, Engel, Toshiba, Haitian, or similar injection moulding machines.
Knowledge of PP, HDPE, LDPE and food-grade plastic processing.
Able to set machine parameters independently.
Robust troubleshooting skills for moulding defects.
Knowledge of hot runner systems.
Understanding of mould maintenance.
Ability to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
Experience handling IML (In-Mould Labeling) machines will be preferred.
Knowledge of quality systems and root cause analysis.
Leadership experience in handling machine operators and shift production.
