Key Responsibilities
Assist in billing, invoicing, and dispatch of finished goods.
Support payroll and wage processing activities.
Coordinate recent employee joining formalities and induction.
Maintain biometric attendance and register new employees in the attendance system.
Prepare and maintain HR records and employee documentation.
Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth daily operations.
Support office administration and other operational activities.
Be an all-rounder with a positive attitude and willingness to learn recent tasks.
Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to support business operations.
Candidate Requirements
Any Graduate (MBA HR/BBA/B.Com preferred).
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
Good computer knowledge is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) is mandatory.
Knowledge of Tally ERP will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of work.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a manufacturing setting.
Candidates residing in or around Kurumbapalayam, Saravanampatti, Keeranatham, Kovilpalayam, Kalapatti, Idigarai, Ganapathy, and nearby areas of Coimbatore will be preferred.
