We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day operations, order processing, customer coordination, and MIS reporting. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and solid follow-up abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, verify, revise, and share quotations and sales orders.
Handle customer and vendor communication professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with site engineers, installation teams, suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders.
Attend walk-in customers and provide product information.
Resolve customer and internal team queries to ensure smooth operations.
Visit project sites for commercial and coordination support when required.
Collaborate with sales, installation, finance, technical, and support teams.
Coordinate inventory to ensure timely order execution.
Maintain sales documents, quotations, contracts, and related records accurately.
