Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek recent sales prospects and leads through various channels, including networking and referrals.

Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients,

showcasing the benefits and features of the company's products or services.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while ensuring transparency and accuracy in communication with clients.

Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales.

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Collaboration:



Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective sales goals and share best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and engage with clients.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to discuss terms of sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to meet client needs.
