Job SummaryHotel AK Suites, Patiala, is looking for a hardworking, responsible, and hygienic Kitchen Helper to support the kitchen team in daily food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients as instructed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, worktables, and storage areas.
Help in receiving, arranging, and storing kitchen supplies properly.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper food storage practices.
Assist in maintaining stock and inform the senior kitchen staff about shortages.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel standards at all times.
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours, parties,



and banquet functions.
Perform any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Management.
Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience as a Kitchen Helper is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers who are willing to learn may also apply.
Must be hardworking, punctual, disciplined, and willing to work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling is preferred.
Must be willing to work adaptable shifts as per hotel requirements.
