Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission Logibird Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs).
Configure Android and Windows-based systems.
Install and support Video Conferencing Solutions, PTZ Cameras, Microphones, and Audio Systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and in office service visits.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and AV-related issues.
Provide customer demonstrations and basic user training after installation.
Coordinate with the sales team during product deployments and demonstrations.
Prepare installation reports, service reports, and customer feedback forms.
Handle remote support through phone, video calls, and remote desktop tools.
Maintain service records and update CRM/ERP on a daily basis.
Ensure customer issues are resolved within the committed SLA.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.
Travel within Rajasthan and other assigned locations for installations and support.
