About the Role

STUDIO SANGI is looking for passionate and skilled 2D Animators to join our team for an exciting 2.5D Animation Project.

We are building a talented animation crew that will work in a structured pipeline. You will be placed in one of the specialized animation teams (such as Key Animation, Inbetweening, Clean-up, Effects, or Background Artist) based on your strengths and experience. This is a great prospect to contribute to high-quality 2.5D animated content with solid emphasis on both artistic quality and productive production workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality frame-by-frame 2D animation.
Animate characters, props, and effects while maintaining consistency with the overall art style
Work as part of a specialized team within the 2D animation pipeline
Follow studio workflow, deadlines, and production standards
Collaborate with Directors, Lead Animators, and other team members to deliver smooth and expressive animation
Participate in reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate on shots
Ensure strong fundamentals of drawing, timing, spacing,



and motion principles in every frame
Support 2.5D integration (layering, parallax, depth techniques) where required

Requirements
Strong command of frame-by-frame animation
Solid understanding of fundamental drawing principles (anatomy, perspective, composition, line quality, etc.)
Proficiency in softwares like Blender, Clip studio paint, Adobe Animate CC and other industry-standard 2D animation software
Ability to work in a team environment and follow a structured production pipeline
