This is a full time employment where we impart on the job training on US IT recruitment, teaching our best practices on how to scout for the best IT talent in the US for some of our esteemed Fortune 100 clients.
This job requires the candidates to have exceptional communication skills and a willingness to work in night shift in a fast-paced IT recruitment workplace. This is a work from office position, our office is in Nagarabhavi, Bengaluru.
Who We Require:
Any fresh graduate (MBA HR preferred) with exceptional communication skill wanting to become a US IT Recruiter.
What We Require:
Any Graduate with excellent communication skill.
Willingness to work Night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Be judicious and diligent during the training and be able to implement the same on Job.
