We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to join our team in the Field Services department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for customer requests.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Analyze and report on customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




Proven experience as an Engineer in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems is desirable.
