Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Acquire recent customers for the bank.
Promote savings accounts, current accounts, and other banking products.
Cross-sell loans, insurance, and investment products.
Assist customers with account opening and KYC documentation.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Achieve monthly business targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
