Our flagship platforms include:

- Student Purchase Program (SPP)
- Employee Purchase Program (ZEPP)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager to support product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across our digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support the Product Manager in defining and executing the product roadmap.
- Support IT activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of product features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Operations, and Support teams to ensure timely product releases.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Monitor product performance and track key metrics to drive improvements.
- Coordinate sprint planning,



backlog prioritization, and release activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product initiatives.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and product documentation.

Required Skills

- 5-7 years of Product Management experience, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace, SaaS, or D2C products.
- Experience in managing product features throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and web technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in IT Support or Product Support is an added advantage, with the ability to understand customer issues and translate them into product improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent.
- MBA or Product Management certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
