Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver training programs for sales teams across automobile dealerships. The candidate should be capable of improving product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, objection management, and overall dealership sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and refresher training for Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
- Train employees on sales process, customer engagement, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Deliver product and competitor training.
- Improve customer experience through soft skills and communication training.
- Monitor sales performance and identify training needs.
- Conduct role plays, assessments, and certification programs.
- Prepare training calendars and training reports.
- Coordinate with dealership management to achieve sales targets.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with OEM sales standards and dealership SOPs.





Requirements

- Graduate or MBA preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience as a Sales Trainer in the automobile industry.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Robust knowledge of dealership sales processes.
- Ability to train both classroom and field sales teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willing to travel across dealership locations if required.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with passenger or commercial vehicle dealerships.
- Knowledge of OEM training standards.
- Experience in coaching underperforming sales teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
