Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Assistant who is confident in communication, proactive in follow-ups, and focused on closing deals. This role is strictly sales-oriented and requires strong coordination with leads, site visits, and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Explain property details, pricing, and availability clearly
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospects
- Follow up consistently until deal closure
- Update all leads and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with operations team for bookings and move-ins
- Meet daily call, follow-up, and closure targets
Required Skills & Eligibility
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Sales mindset with focus on conversions
- Must know Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Must have own laptop
- Must have own mobile phone
- Must have own two-wheeler for site visits
- Comfortable with targets and incentives
Experience & Qualification
- 6 months to 2 years experience in sales, real estate, or field sales preferred
- Freshers with robust communication and confidence may also apply
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed salary (as per experience) + Incentive
- Attractive incentive per deal closed
- No cap on incentives – performance driven role
