Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Execution

- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines.
- Coordinate all manufacturing activities including cutting, CNC machining, edge banding, drilling, assembly, polishing, packing, and dispatch.
- Balance manpower and machine utilization for maximum productivity.

Team Management

- Lead supervisors, assistant managers, executives, machine operators, carpenters, and production staff.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor departmental performance.
- Conduct training and skill development programs.
- Evaluate employee performance and productivity.

Quality Management

- Ensure all products meet Furniture World's quality standards.
- Minimize rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department to resolve production issues.

Process Improvement

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Reduce material wastage and manufacturing costs.

Inventory & Material Management

- Coordinate with Stores and Procurement for raw material availability.
- Monitor inventory and work-in-progress (WIP).
- Ensure optimum utilization of boards, hardware, adhesives, and consumables.

Safety & Compliance





- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Promote safe working practices throughout the factory.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in modular furniture manufacturing industry.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
