Job Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, search engine rankings, and overall website visibility. You will work closely with content creators, developers, designers, and the marketing team to optimize website performance and ensure best SEO practices are followed. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on SEO experience, and a passion for staying updated with the latest search engine trends and algorithm changes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-value opportunities for content optimization.
- Perform on-page SEO, including optimization of meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URL structures, internal linking, and image optimization.
- Implement off-page SEO activities, including link-building and backlink analysis.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs,



or similar platforms.
- Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and other SEO performance metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
- Analyze competitor websites and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Stay up to date with Google's algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve website performance.

Requirements

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO with proven success in improving organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of Google's ranking algorithms, Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawling, and search engine best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and competitor analysis techniques.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest SEO trends and industry developments.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
