Job Overview
We are looking for a Production Engineer responsible for managing and monitoring the production process of PEB and structural steel components, ensuring timely production, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per project requirements.
- Supervise fabrication, welding, cutting, and assembly processes.
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Coordinate with the Design, Planning, Quality, and Project teams.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production reports and records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Fabrication.
- Good knowledge of fabrication and production processes.
- Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
