We are looking for a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter for our gear and gearbox manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing the surface of cast iron/metal gearboxes, applying industrial primers, and finishing them with specialized industrial coatings to ensure high-quality aesthetics and corrosion protection.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare gearbox surfaces for painting by cleaning, degreasing, grinding, or sanding to remove rust and impurities.
- Perform precise masking on areas that must not be painted (such as shafts, oil seals, nameplates, and threads) using masking tapes or plugs.
- Mix industrial paints, primers, epoxy, or Polyurethane (PU) coatings in the correct ratios with thinners according to specifications.




- Operate conventional or airless spray guns efficiently to achieve an even and uniform paint thickness.
- Inspect the final painted gearbox for defects like runs, sags, or uneven coating, and check Dry Film Thickness (DFT) if required.
- Clean and maintain spray guns, paint booths, compressors, and other painting equipment daily.
- Strictly follow factory safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE (masks, gloves, and safety shoes) at all times.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
