Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gandhinagar for a Program Manager responsible for co-leading initiatives across strategy, IT transformation, policy development, and program implementation. The role involves designing the scope of client deliverables, articulating functional requirements, and ensuring seamless execution of projects in alignment with client objectives.

The position requires close engagement with client stakeholders to understand requirements, drive alignment, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the team across service areas of strategy, IT transformation, policy creation, program implementation, and communication

● Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day program activities and ensure timely deliverables

● Design scope of client deliverables and extent of client services after devising and articulating the functional requirements

● Engage with client stakeholders to understand requirements, drive alignment, and ensure effective communication

● Support development of strategic plans, policy inputs, and implementation roadmaps

● Constantly monitor program progress,



track key milestone, and ensure client service delivery

● Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefs for stakeholder decision-making

Required Qualifications

● A post graduate degree in civil engineering/ structural engineering/ management/business

administration/ any other similarly relevant course

● 4+ years of experience in a role requiring project implementation/management/operations/ any

other similarly relevant portfolio

● Experience in multiple stakeholder management, and client servicing

● Strong project management skills, ability to operate in a fast-paced, non-linear work

environment

● Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for stakeholder collaboration

● Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities

● Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint / Canva / Google Slides

● Robust planning, organisational, and time management skills

● Close attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic environments

● The ability to speak, read and write Gujarati is a mandatory
