We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Associate to support the Sales team by preparing reports, maintaining sales data, and providing insights for business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain and update sales databases.
- Track sales targets, KPIs, and performance.
- Analyze sales data and generate management reports.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Create dashboards using Excel and reporting tools.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and business insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, sales reporting, or data analysis.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, Charts).
- Valuable analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI or SAP/ERP is an added advantage.
