- Troubleshooting the technical issue in SharePoint.
- Knowledge of SSL certificate, Web scanning

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understanding of service now to manage Incident Management, Problem Management & Change management activities.
- Key linking pin between support and releases/projects:
- Co-ordinate day-to-day execution of incident and problem management resolution for assigned systems as defined by business processes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process and make recommendations for improvements.
- Knowledge of testing(Test plan, Test case, Test Report)

- Good interpersonal skills.
- Builds and maintains trusting, collaborative relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders which helps to accomplish
- key business objectives and helps others to do the same.
- Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
