Who We Are Looking For

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and database building
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Assist clients in selling, and leasing residential & commercial properties
- Manage and maintain inventory of properties and client databases
- Participate in on-site activations, weekend promotions, and events
- Create and assist in social media and marketing content to generate leads
- Provide end-to-end client handling, including negotiations and deal closures
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors,



and channel partners

Candidate Requirements

- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
- Comfortable with field sales, weekend site visits, and client meetings
- Street-smart approach with problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding or strong interest in real estate sales
- Prior sales experience preferred but not mandatory (freshers with strong hunger to succeed are welcome)
