SXT Architects, Calicut is looking for a Senior Architect to join our growing team.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8–10 years of skilled experience
- Strong expertise in premium residential, hospitality, and commercial projects (including malls and mixed-use developments)
- Excellent design, planning, and project coordination skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/D5 Render, and presentation using AI software
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept design through construction documentation
- Strong communication and client coordination skills

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Senior Architect – Scope of Work

- Lead projects from concept design through construction completion.
- Develop innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
- Prepare schematic designs, detailed architectural drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other specialist consultants.
- Review and approve drawings prepared by junior architects and draftsmen.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design review sessions.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during the construction phase.
- Attend site visits and monitor design implementation to ensure quality and compliance.




- Resolve technical and design issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, codes, and statutory approvals.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
- Coordinate with visualization teams for high-quality 3D renders and presentations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality and deadlines.
- Support business development by participating in client presentations and proposal preparation.

- Premium Residential Villas
- Hospitality Projects (Hotels, Resorts, Resto Cafés, Convention Centres)
- Commercial Buildings (shopping malls, Office Buildings, Mixed-Use Developments)

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university (Mandatory).
- Master of Architecture (March) will be an added advantage.
- Valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred
