Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

Nexgen Footwear Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Busy Accounting Software, and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Generate invoices, vouchers, and financial reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance in Busy Accounting Software.
- Prepare GST-related data and assist with statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.




- Coordinate with internal departments and auditors as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with Busy Accounting Software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports, data management).
- Valuable analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.

Compensation

- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
