We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Boiler Operator to manage, maintain, and optimize our industrial oil-heating systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the protected operation of thermal fluid heaters (hot oil systems) and boilers used to heat process oils. You will ensure continuous system uptime, conduct routine maintenance, and strictly adhere to environmental and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- System Operation: Start up, regulate, and shut down thermal oil boilers, pumps, and auxiliary equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitoring & Control: Continuously monitor system pressures, temperature differentials, oil flow rates, and fuel consumption to maintain optimal heating efficiency.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine preventative maintenance on burners, pumps, valves, and piping.



Quickly diagnose and resolve system malfunctions or temperature drops.
- Water & Fluid Testing: Periodically check thermal fluid quality (viscosity, flash point, contamination) and manage water treatment systems if the setup includes steam/oil heat exchangers.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain accurate daily logs of operational data, fuel usage, and maintenance activities. Ensure strict compliance with local boiler regulations, environmental codes, and safety standards.
- Emergency Response: Respond immediately to system alarms, pressure spikes, or fluid leaks following emergency shutdown protocols to ensure workplace safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
