Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities -

Having work experience of minimum 2 years in Static equipment design of pressure vessels for Refineries, Gas equipment, etc

- Hands on experience of PV Elite, Nozzle PRO, COMPRESS, AutoCAD, Other miscellaneous calculations using Excel sheet (Lifting, Transportation saddle, Welded Support clips, Lugs, etc)
- Hands on experience of ASME Codes, PMC/Licensors/EPC Specification, Industrial Standards (i.e. API, NACE, etc)
- Checking fabrication drawings, Material procurement drawings (Nozzle forgings, Y-Ring, etc.)




- Preparation of Mechanical design calculation reports, Material requirement sheets
- Reading client specifications and preparation of Technical open item list, specification summary sheets
- Preparation of ARMs (Technical specification) for material ordering as per ASME Code and applicable project specifications (Plates, forgings, Pipes, Fittings, Etc.)
- Coordination with ASME AI / PE (For U2 Stamp) for approval on design documents
- Coordination with client for technical issues and documents approval
- Coordination and provide technical support to fabrication shops as per requirement
