Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Manager to oversee property acquisition, leasing, vendor coordination, and facility expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable commercial properties, negotiating lease agreements, managing landlord relationships, and ensuring all real estate operations align with the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate commercial properties for office expansion and business operations.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and property acquisition terms with landlords and brokers.
- Manage end-to-end property leasing and documentation processes.
- Conduct site visits, market surveys, and feasibility studies for new locations.




- Coordinate with legal, finance, and administration teams for property-related documentation and approvals.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, brokers, and vendors.
- Monitor lease expirations and ensure timely renewals.
- Oversee office setup, renovations, maintenance, and fit-out activities in coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, property laws, and company policies.
- Prepare real estate reports, budgets, and cost analyses for management.
- Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor locations to support business decisions.
- Handle property-related issues and resolve escalations efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
