Your work profile

- Participate in end-to-end implementation of ALM/LRM solutions using Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).
- Analyze banking products, balance sheet behavior, cashflow mapping, and liquidity risk metrics.
- Work on Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book (IRRBB), and liquidity stress testing.
- Perform requirement gathering, BRD/FSD preparation, data mapping, and functional specification documentation.
- Understand OFSAA data model, staging tables, T2T mappings, business rules, and metadata configuration.
- Coordinate with business, risk, finance, and technology teams for requirement clarification and solution delivery.
- Execute SIT/UAT testing, reconciliation, variance analysis,



and defect management.
- Support regulatory reporting aligned with RBI/Basel guidelines.
- Prepare dashboards, management reports, and functional documentation.
- Participate in production support and change request enhancements.

Key skills required

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.

- Strong understanding of:
- ALM concepts
- Liquidity Risk Management
- LCR / NSFR / IRRBB
- Basel and RBI regulations
- Hands-on experience in OFSAA modules:
- ALM
- LRM
- FTP
- Data Foundation
- Knowledge of OFSAA architecture, data lineage, and rule configuration.
- Positive SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience in functional testing and reconciliation.
- Understanding of banking products and treasury operations.

- Experience in implementation or consulting projects for banks.
- Exposure to regulatory reporting and risk analytics.
- Knowledge of Python, Power BI, or automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
