We are looking for a responsible and patient-friendly Home Collection Phlebotomist to collect blood and other samples from patients at their homes while maintaining proper hygiene, professionalism, and sample handling standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per assigned schedule.
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples safely and accurately.
- Collect other samples such as urine, stool, sputum, swabs, etc., when required.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and transportation of samples to the laboratory.
- Maintain patient comfort, professionalism, and confidentiality during visits.
- Follow all infection control and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
- Maintain records of collections, payments, and reports as instructed by management.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff regarding urgent or special sample handling requirements.
- Ensure timely reporting of any collection issues, delays, or patient complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of collection materials and equipment.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: DMLT / MLT or relevant certification.




- Experience in blood collection and sample handling preferred.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed.
- Ability to travel for home visits.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in home collection services.
- Knowledge of sample transportation and cold-chain maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily collection routes.

Working Conditions

- Field-based job involving regular travel.
- Adaptable duty hours depending on patient appointments and emergency collections.

Additional Terms

- Employee must follow company protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and behave professionally at all times.
- Any negligence in sample collection, handling, or patient interaction may lead to disciplinary action as per company policy.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
