Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Employment Type: Full-time, On - site

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients and generate qualified leads for our IT services and solutions. The role involves outbound calling, prospect research, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings for the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's IT product.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online research.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.




- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Basic understanding of IT services and technology solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
