As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our ongoing and upcoming projects

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team and help ensure our projects are executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify site issues, technical challenges, delays, or risks and report them promptly to the project management team.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress records, material usage records, and other required documentation.
- Participate in project meetings, site reviews,



and client discussions whenever required.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities as applicable.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline, and efficient workforce management at the project site.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants to resolve site-related issues and maintain smooth project execution.
- Assist in planning daily work schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Civil Engineering candidates will be given preference).
- 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision (2–3 years preferred).
- Valuable understanding of construction and site execution.
- Ability to effectively manage site workers and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and work under project deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation is an added advantage.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience & Qualifications)
