Position: Telecalling Executive
Industry: Interior Design
Experience Required: 1–3 years of experience in the interior design, modular furniture, home interiors, architecture, or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries from social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales/Design team.
- Follow up with leads until meetings are confirmed or projects are closed.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams regarding appointments and customer updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Prior telecalling experience in the interior design industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (preferred).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in telecalling for an interior design or related company.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling leads for home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, or turnkey interior projects.
- Well-groomed with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
