Job Description

- Lead industrial engineering activities to improve production efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization across manufacturing lines.

- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and manpower optimization to achieve targeted output and operational efficiency.

- Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and material flow for smooth manufacturing operations.

- Support current product introduction (NPI) by defining process flow, cycle time, and line setup.





- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, cycle time, and operational cost.

- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve line performance and yield.

- Support automation and digitalization initiatives aligned with smart manufacturing practices.

- Develop standard work instructions and process documentation for manufacturing operations.

- Train and guide engineering and production teams on best practices in industrial engineering.
