Key Responsibilities

​1. Social Media & Ad Management

​Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

​Conceptualize, design, and launch high-converting paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

​Monitor analytics, track engagement, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.

​2. Website Design & Maintenance

​Update, design, and maintain the company website to ensure it remains modern, user-friendly, and secure.

​Publish new landing pages, fix layout issues, and ensure seamless mobile responsiveness.

​Collaborate on basic SEO optimization and content updates.

​3. Video Editing & Content Creation

​Shoot (if needed) and edit high-quality video content (Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and tutorials).

​Add engaging transitions, audio, text overlays, and color grading to make content pop.

​4. Desktop Publishing (DTP) & Graphic Design

​Handle DTP tasks, including designing brochures, flyers, newsletters, catalogs, and print-ready marketing materials.

​Maintain strict brand consistency across both digital print mediums.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects, InDesign) or equivalent industry tools (Canva Pro, CapCut, etc.).

​Web Skills:



Hands-on experience with website builders and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Elementor, or Wix). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

​Ad Expertise: Proven track record of running paid social media campaigns and understanding audience targeting.

​Copywriting: Strong command of English to write catchy captions, ad copy, and basic website text.

​DTP Knowledge: Understanding of print formatting, typography, and page layouts.

​Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar multi-disciplinary creative role is preferred, but talented freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

​Work Schedule & Benefits

​Shift: 8-hour daily shift.

​Weekly Off: 1 day off per week (standard rotating or fixed day, to be discussed).

​Location: Strictly on-site at our office in Current Town, Kolkata.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
