Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningManage end-to-end recruitment for store operations, sales, warehouse, and corporate positions.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract quality retail talent.
Coordinate interviews, selection, onboarding, and induction programs.
Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
Employee Relations & EngagementFoster a positive work culture and employee-friendly setting.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Conduct employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and retention initiatives.
Build robust relationships with store managers and department heads.
