Business Development Executive

Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead follow-ups. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable services. Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Handle objections effectively and negotiate to close sales. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure. Client Renewals

Manage daily renewal follow-ups with existing clients. Ensure timely renewal of client services and subscriptions. Share renewal quotations, invoices, and other required documents. Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for seamless renewal processing. Build long-term relationships to improve customer retention and satisfaction. CRM & Reporting

Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM. Record daily call activities, follow-up status, and sales updates. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports. Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately. Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities. Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Customer-centric mindset with solid relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic to achieve goals. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel. Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline. Experience 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, Renewals, Telecalling, Client Relationship Management, or Customer Acquisition.
