Job Summary

Thor Signia is looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and willing to assist with office maintenance, housekeeping, and administrative support tasks.

Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Handle office cleaning and pantry maintenance.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials when required.
Support administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks.
Monitor and replenish office stationery and pantry supplies.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before meetings.
Handle basic errands related to office operations.
Perform other duties assigned by the Administration or HR team.

Requirements
Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent qualification.
Honest, punctual,



and responsible with a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Valuable time management and organizational skills.
Basic communication skills in Kannada. Knowledge of Hindi or English is an added advantage.
