To lead Sales & Marketing Team ensuring fulfillment of Organizational Goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

General & Routine reporting to Management
Developing Infrastructure / system for smooth Sales & marketing operations.
To Train team at all levels.
Overseeing daily business operations.
Setting Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly / annual Sales & Revenue Targets and its achievement.
Creating & Managing Budgets.
Managing Sundry Debtors.
Evaluating Performance & Productivity and Take corrective action to increase sales.
