We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries & support wholesale clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and preferably experience in the ethnic wear or wholesale textile industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media in a qualified and timely manner.
Assist wholesale clients with product information, pricing, MOQ etc
Resolve customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and service-related issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in the CRM or ERP system.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing wholesale customers and provide post-sales support.
Share current product launches, stock availability, and promotional offers with customers.
Requirements:2–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the saree, textile, apparel, or wholesale industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle high volumes of inquiries efficiently.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience working with wholesale saree or ethnic wear businesses.
Familiarity with fabrics, saree varieties, pricing, and wholesale order processes.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience.
