Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role in a BPO/Call Centre workplace.
Robust knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with training software and technologies, such as LMS platforms.
