About the Role -

We are looking for a Workforce Administration Advisor to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Pune. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience who are looking to build a career in HR Operations and People Services.

As a Workforce Administration Advisor, you will support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (Hire to Retire), ensure HR data accuracy, prepare employment documents, and deliver high-quality administrative support while working in a global, multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities -
Support employee lifecycle activities including hiring, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and separations.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, addendums, and other HR documentation using standard templates.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with high accuracy.
Ensure compliance with global HR policies, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs).




Handle employee and manager queries related to HR administration.
Identify data discrepancies and escalate complex or policy-related cases to senior HR team members.
Collaborate with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and People Services teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Preferred candidate profile
01 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Administrative Support.
Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
Positive understanding of HR administrative processes.
Robust written and verbal communication skills in English.
Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
Comfortable working in a multicultural, global environment.
Knowledge of an additional European language (French or German) will be an added advantage.
