Role & responsibilities
Prepare and analyze MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis reports.
Monitor business performance, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.
Support management reporting, board presentations, and financial planning activities.
Conduct financial due diligence on potential acquisition/investment prospects.
Analyze target company financials, business performance, risks, and profitability.
Support valuation, financial modeling, and M&A; assessment activities.
Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Accounts, and Business teams for strategic decision-making.
