Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end plant operations, including production, engineering, procurement, quality, customer support, and project execution.
Drive production planning and achieve business targets through productive resource utilization, on-time delivery, and continuous productivity improvement.
Manage cross-functional teams comprising engineers, production supervisors, planners, and shop-floor workforce while fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee strategic procurement, vendor development, cost optimization, inventory control, and global sourcing of fabrication, machining, electrical, pneumatic, and hardware components.
Implement Manufacturing Excellence initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, First Time Right (FTR), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and continuous improvement to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure world-class quality standards, enabling export-quality machine manufacturing with minimal defects and improved customer satisfaction.




Lead project erection and commissioning, customer complaint resolution, and service excellence through timely corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with design and R&D; teams to incorporate customer feedback, enhance product quality, and introduce current product features.
Drive operational excellence, change management, digitalization, and process standardization while aligning plant objectives with the organization's long-term strategic vision.
Partner with senior leadership and the Board to build scalable operations, develop future leaders, and support business expansion across multiple manufacturing units.

Mandatory Expertise: Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, FTR, Change Management, Vendor Development, Procurement, Production Planning, Quality Systems, Project Management, Customer Support, Operational Excellence, and Team Leadership.
