Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional designs and technical solutions.
Configure D365 F&O; modules including Finance, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger (GL).
Work closely with business users to provide functional expertise, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices.
Lead gap analysis sessions and document business processes, functional designs, and system enhancements.
Assist in system testing, UAT, and training of end users.

Technical Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy customizations and enhancements in D365 F&O; using X++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps.
Develop and modify SSRS reports, queries, and data entities to meet business needs.
Perform data migration, data mapping, and data validation using Data Management Framework (DMF).
Work on integrations with third-party applications using OData, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate,



and Azure Functions.
Debug technical issues, analyse logs, and optimize performance of custom functionalities.
Collaborate with Microsoft Support for issue resolution, updates, and hotfix implementation.
Ensure security compliance by configuring role-based security, workflows, and approval processes.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience working as a D365 F&O; techno-functional Consultant.
Solid knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement modules in D365 F&O.;
Hands-on experience in X++ development, extensions, event handlers, and workflows.
