ThriveCo / One Guardian is hiring energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves interacting with customers through calls and chats, understanding their requirements, promoting products, resolving queries, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and engage with customers to generate sales.
Handle customer queries through calls and chat support.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain robust customer relationships.
Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Ensure excellent customer experience and timely issue resolution.





Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable with sales targets and customer interaction.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Profile
Experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support Sales, BPO Sales, Retail Sales, or E-commerce Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Solid persuasion and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset.
